5.2 WebPortal Organizations
Users who are members of organizations can access or even edit the organization’s books based on their account permissions through the Organizations menu on the ARTutor web platform (Figure 76).

Users who have been granted the appropriate permissions can conveniently add books to their organizations directly from the ’My Books’ section. By selecting the option to edit a book, they can easily toggle the buttons adjacent to the desired organization’s name, thereby adding the specific book to that organization (Figure 77).

In the ’Account’ menu of ARTutor WEB, Organization creators are equipped with a range of functionalities to effectively manage their organizations (Figure 78).

Some of them are:
Establishing New Organizations: Creators have the ability to create new organizations by providing a name and a detailed description for each one.
Organization Management: Below the creation section, creators can view a list of all the organizations they have created. This list offers management options, including the ability to edit or delete any organization.
Editing an Organization: Organization editing is divided into ’Info’ and ’Books’. The ’Info’ menu (Figure 79) includes several key functionalities:

a) Modifying Organization Details: Administrators can update the organization’s name or description to align with any changes or new objectives.
b)Managing Users: New members can be added to the organization by entering their usernames or email addresses, fostering collaboration and contribution.
c) Adjusting User Roles: The administrator can assign members as either an admin or a standard user, providing tailored control over roles within the organization.
d) Removing Users: Administrators have the authority to remove members from the organization, maintaining control over access and contributions.
Within the ’Books’ menu (Figure 80), creators have the authority to manage the organization’s library by removing books that have been contributed by its members. This feature ensures that the content within the organization remains relevant and aligned with its objectives.

This robust set of tools grants Organizations creators comprehensive control over their organization’s structure, membership, and content. It enables efficient and effective management of organizational resources and activities, ensuring a smooth and productive environment.
